Frequently Asked Questions

Q.
What is the voltage of a motorcycle battery?

A:

The nominal voltages are 6V and 12V. Please make sure the voltage of your battery before use.

Q.
What are the features of the AZ motorcycle battery?

A:

We supply high quality batteries because the batteries are produced at the factory that obtains ISO and also passed our company’s audit.

Q.
Is it possible to place the VRLA battery in a motorcycle installed standard battery?

A:

Do not place the VRLA battery in the motorcycle installed standard battery. It can trigger a short life and an explosion.

Q.
What is the difference among the VRLA battery and the factory sealed battery?

A:

VRLA battery
The VRLA is the battery that is delivered without filling the electrolyte in battery, and you need to inject it before use. Please inject the electrolyte in the battery and charge it first at a shop you purchased because the electrolyte is the dilute sulfuric acid.

Factory sealed battery
This is the battery that is injected the electrolyte and charged at the factory. You can use it without charging, but we recommend to charge it before you use because the voltage might be low depending on the storage condition.

Q.
Can you recover the battery that is died if you recharge it?

A:

Yes, you can use the battery after recharging if it has not deteriorated. It is difficult to recover the battery that has been left for a long time with discharging. Please charge the battery once and check its condition.

Q.
Should I charge the battery after purchasing?

A:

Please use the battery after charging once because the battery is charged completely, though you can use it at about 30 minutes after injecting the electrolyte into it.

Q.
How long is the product life cycle of motorcycle batteries?

A:

It depends on the usage environment, but the average is for two to three years. It has a possibility to dead less than one year if you do not maintain.

Q.
What should I do if I will not use a battery for a long time (more than one month)?

A:

Please store away from rain, direct sunshine, and variable temperature if you do not use after purchasing. For the battery that you have already used or charged, it is possible to store for a long time if you charge it one two to three months.

Q.
What is the sulfation in a battery?

A:

The sulfation is the condition of low charge acceptance that is caused by a chemical reaction that the lead and acid becomes the lead sulfate. You can recover the sulfated battery if it is in early condition, however, you will not be able to use the advanced sulfated battery because the lead sulfate will be indurated.

Q.
How can I dispose of an used battery?

A:

Please bring it to a shop that you purchased at. You are not allowed to dispose of it in the regular trash.
